FEES
There is an annual, non-refundable enrollment fee per child, which covers all classroom supplies, instructional materials, textbooks and consumable workbooks as well as digital tools and devices. The non-refundable registration fee for the 2024-2025 school year is $600.00 per student, grades K-8.

According to parish and school policy, to qualify for the In Parish tuition rate, the student must be baptized Catholic, and the family must be registered at St. Louis Catholic Church, attending weekly Mass, and actively participating in the life of the parish. Families must also be financially contributing through the parish offertory on a regular basis with the contribution being up to their own consciences. The pastor must complete and sign the Parish Acknowledgement Form for the family before St. Louis Catholic School can confirm this rate.

Tuition status is reviewed each year. During our annual review, Catholic families who have not met the guidelines for the In Parish tuition rate during the previous school calendar year, will be charged the Out of Parish or Other Faith tuition rate as appropriate for the upcoming school year.

Tuition status will not change during a school year; changes will be made for the following year and remain in place for that entire school year. If a student is baptized and the family becomes a member of the St. Louis parish and has met the requirements, they will be moved to the In Parish tuition rates for the following school year, upon approval from the pastor.

If a parent is registered at St. Louis parish, and the children are not baptized in the Catholic Church, the parent must pay the Other Faith tuition rate.
The Out of Parish tuition rates are for those Catholic families who are actively registered with and participating in the life of a parish other than St. Louis. The pastor of their parish must complete and sign the Parish Acknowledgement Form for the family before St. Louis Catholic School can confirm this rate.

Active duty military families, regardless of faith, may qualify for a Catholic tuition rate.

Tuition status will not change during a school year; changes will be made for the following year and remain in place for that entire school year. Active duty military families will be required to provide proof of active duty status annually to maintain their current tuition rate.

Tuition is withdrawn over 10 months starting in July for each academic year. We understand that circumstances may change during the school year for families. If those circumstances require a student to withdraw and notice is given at the beginning of the month in writing to the school, that month’s payment will serve as the last month of collected tuition. If written notice is received on or after the 15th of the month then one additional month’s tuition will be collected regardless of whether your student is enrolled in that month. Once a month has started, the tuition for the full month is due no matter how many days your student is enrolled that month.

For any students withdrawing after March 31st, all remaining annual tuition is due for the remainder of the academic year.  Transcripts will not be provided until these financial obligations are met. Exceptions will be made for military families who receive a change of orders. A copy of those orders is required.

Tuition must be current and up-to-date before the withdrawal process can begin. The first month tuition, registration fees, extended day registration fees, financial aid and scholarships are non-refundable. There is no tuition refund for students expelled for disciplinary reasons.

FACTS Aid
Financial assistance may be available through the Diocesan Tuition Program via FACTS. The program provides financial assistance to families in Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Arlington through funding from diocesan parishes as well as the Rooted In Faith-Forward in Hope Capital Campaign Endowment. It is open to all qualified students whose parents might not otherwise be able to pay the full cost of tuition.
