Classes & Tuition

Classes will have a maximum of 14 three-year-olds or 16 four-year-olds, and each classroom will have 2 teachers.

Tuition for St. Louis Preschool is independent from St. Louis Catholic School grades K-8. Multiple preschool child discounts are applied independently of K-8 rates.

The tuition rates noted below are for the 2024-2025 school year.

The tuition schedule is based on a 9-month payment plan, beginning July through March. Monthly tuition payments must be paid through FACTS Tuition Management System. FACTS charges a one-time annual fee of $25 for payment in full, or a one-time annual fee of $55 for monthly payments. There is a 25% tuition discount for families who enroll more than one preschool child.

Three-Year-Olds – 2 Morning Class Options:

Time: 8:15-11:15am
2023-24 Tuition: $2,970.00 (nine monthly payments of $330.00)

2024-25 Tuition: $3,952.00 (nine monthly payments of $440.00)

 

Four-Year-Olds – 1 Afternoon Class:*

Eligibility: Child must be 4 years old by 9/30/24
Days: 4-Day Program, Tues./Wed./Thurs./Fri.
Time: 12:00-3:00pm
2024-25 Tuition: $4,640.00 (nine monthly payments of $515.00)

  

* The afternoon four-year-old 4-day program is flexible in that you may choose a 3-day option for the class with the tuition rate being $3,856.00.

Four-Year-Olds (PreK) – 1 Morning Class:

Eligibility: Child must be 4 years old by 9/30/24
Days: Mon./Tues./Wed./Thurs./Fri.
Time: 8:15-11:15am
2024-25 Tuition: $5,250.00 (nine monthly payments of $583.50)



ADDITIONAL FEES
A $360.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per child is due at the time of registration. This fee covers registration, school materials, technology use, snacks and field trip costs. 

A Lunch Bunch Hour option will be offered to preschool students for an additional fee of $12.50 per day, Tuesday through Friday from October to the end of May. Space is limited; sign ups are on a first come, first served basis.
 
Enrichment class are offered throughout the school year on select topics and dates for an additional fee.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Tuition is withdrawn over 9 months starting in July for each academic year. We understand that circumstances may change during the school year for families. If those circumstances require a student to withdraw and notice is given at the beginning of the month in writing to the school, that month’s payment will serve as the last month of collected tuition. If written notice is received on or after the 15th of the month then one additional month’s tuition will be collected regardless of whether your student is enrolled in that month. Once a month has started, the tuition for the full month is due no matter how many days your student is enrolled that month. 

For any students withdrawing after March 31st, all remaining annual tuition is due for the remainder of the academic year. Exceptions will be made for military families who receive a change of orders. A copy of those orders is required.

Tuition must be current and up-to-date before the withdrawal process can begin. The first month tuition, registration fees, activity and technology fees, and lunch bunch fees are non-refundable. There is no tuition refund for students expelled for disciplinary reasons.
