Classes & Tuition

Classes will have a maximum of 14 three-year-olds or 16 four-year-olds, and each classroom will have 2 teachers.

Tuition for St. Louis Preschool is independent from St. Louis Catholic School grades K-8. Multiple preschool child discounts are applied independently of K-8 rates.

The tuition rates noted below are for the 2022-2023 school year.

The tuition schedule is based on a 9-month payment plan, beginning August through April. Monthly tuition payments must be paid through FACTS Tuition Management System. FACTS charges a one-time fee of $45 for this service.  Parents who wish to pay in full can pay the school directly by August 1, 2022. There is a 25% tuition discount for families who enroll more than one preschool child.

Three-Year-Olds – 2 Morning Class Options:

Days: 2-Day Program, Tues./Thurs.
Time: 8:15-11:15am
2021-22 Tuition: $2,827.00 (nine monthly payments of $314.00)

2021-22 Tuition: $3,762.00 (nine monthly payments of $418.00)

 

Four-Year-Olds – 1 Afternoon Class:

Eligibility: Child must be 4 years old by 9/30/22
Days: 4-Day Program, Tues./Wed./Thurs./Fri. (for a 3- or 2-day option, see tuition costs above for 2-day and 3-day)
Time: 12:00-3:00pm
2020-21 Tuition: $4,374.00 (nine monthly payments of $486.00)

  

Four-Year-Olds (PreK) – 1 Morning Class:

Eligibility: Child must be 4 years old by 9/30/22
Days: Mon./Tues./Wed./Thurs./Fri.
Time: 8:15-11:15am
2021-22 Tuition: $4,950.00 (nine monthly payments of $550.00)



ADDITIONAL FEES
A $205.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of enrollment.  A $130.00 activity and technology fee per child is due with the first month’s tuition payment.  

The cost of all field trips, snacks, iPad use, a school bag, and a school T-shirt is included in the registration and activity fees.

A Lunch Bunch Hour option will be offered to preschool students for an additional fee of $9.50 per day, Tuesday through Friday from October to the end of May. Space is limited; sign ups are on a first come, first served basis.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Tuition is withdrawn over 9 months starting in August for each academic year. We understand that circumstances may change during the school year for families. If those circumstances require a student to withdraw and notice is given at the beginning of the month in writing to the school, that month’s payment will serve as the last month of collected tuition. If written notice is received on or after the 15th of the month then one additional month’s tuition will be collected regardless of whether your student is enrolled in that month. Once a month has started, the tuition for the full month is due no matter how many days your student is enrolled that month. 

For any students withdrawing after March 31st, all remaining annual tuition is due for the remainder of the academic year. Exceptions will be made for military families who receive a change of orders. A copy of those orders is required.

Tuition must be current and up-to-date before the withdrawal process can begin. The first month tuition, registration fees, activity and technology fees, and lunch bunch fees are non-refundable. There is no tuition refund for students expelled for disciplinary reasons.
