Bishop Burbidge will be visiting the students and faculty at St. Louis School Tuesday, October 8, 2019. His visit will include Mass with the students and then time to observe instruction, view classrooms, and meet with the students in some of our common areas such as the cafeteria, McClunn Hall and the Media Center. Because it is an important visit and students will be attending Mass, we ask that they wear the regular (or Mass) uniform on this day- no PE uniforms, please.
The visit will require a change to our usual schedule and calendar - we will now dismiss at 1:30pm on October 8th to allow Bishop Burbidge time to eat lunch with the faculty and staff per the request of the Office of Catholic Schools. Our Extended Day program will be open to receive students on this afternoon, but please understand that families will need to register through the regular Sign Up Genius, and it is first come, first served.
