St. Louis School offers an e-directory of school families accessible via web and an app through DirectorySpot. It's secure and easy to use. This directory is updated each school year and all K-8 contact information is imported directly from PowerSchool. Families who opted out of the directory when they completed their annual demographic update in PowerSchool will not be visible but will still have user access to the directory.
 
 
Login Instructions
By App:
  • Download DirectorySpot from the app store
  • Enter your email address as the user name
  • Click "Reset Password" to set up your password
 
By Web:
  • Go to the DirectorySpot website - www.directoryspot.net
  • Click on LOGIN in the upper right corner
  • Enter your email address as the user name
  • Click "Reset Password" to set up your password
 
FAQs
My email is not recognized by DirectorySpot when I try to login. What do I do?
Please make sure you are using the same email address you have listed in PowerSchool. Some families have opted to receive the newsletter, etc. at one email address but have listed another email address in PowerSchool for other communications. Additionally, only parents with email addresses that are in the directory are given user access. This is a security feature. What this may mean for some families is that you will have only 1 user account for your household. Still can't login? Please contact [email protected].
 
I opted out of the directory. Can I still access it?
Yes, you still have user access to the directory. Please login using the same email address you have listed in PowerSchool.
 
I do not see my family listed in the directory. Why?
Most likely, you opted out of the directory when you completed your PowerSchool demographic update, but we are happy to double-check for you. Contact [email protected].
 
I opted in/out of the directory in PowerSchool. Can I change my preference?
We are happy to add or remove families to the directory by written request. (Note, we cannot accomodate requests to remove specific contact info, i.e. phone numbers, email, addresses, etc; the directory is "all in" or "all out.") Please email [email protected] to request to be added or deleted from the directory. 
 
My contact information has changed since I completed the PowerSchool demographic update. How do I correct it?
First and foremost, please notify Mrs. Calogero ([email protected]) of any contact changes so we can update PowerSchool on your behalf. Additionally, please email [email protected] so we sync the directory with PowerSchool to capture the updated information.
