Where can I find the online lunch order form?
The online lunch order form can be found here or in the Parent Community menu. Additionally, a link to the order form will be included in the weekly school newsletter that is distributed via email on Fridays.
How will I know when to place my monthly order?
An announcement will be sent via email, in the weekly school newsletter and in Friday folders alerting families that the monthly lunch ordering period is open and when it will close.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Purchases may be made using a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or debit card.
Can I order for more than one child in a single transaction?
Yes, orders can be placed for multiple children.
How will I know if my lunch order has been received by the school?
You will receive a detailed email confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org once your order has been successfully placed.
I did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do?
Your payment transaction was not completed. Please submit the order again and be sure to click on the "Charge Your Order" button on. If the problem persists, please
Will my child receive lunch tickets?
Yes, lunch tickets will still be distributed.
Can I purchase snacks and ice cream online?
No, fresh fruit, chips, ice cream and assorted snacks will continue to be available for lunch purchase daily.
Will I receive a lunch credit for inclement weather days?
Refunds (minus a processing fee) will be given for lunches purchased on inclement weather days. Refunds are automatically processed by the 5th of the following month and issued to the credit card used for the order. There is no need to request the refund.
