Important Dates

 

A list of important dates for Kindergarten and 1st-8th Grade transfer student applicants for the 2024-2025 school year is provided below.

We encourage applicants to begin the admissions process as early as possible. Application packets for the 2024-2025 school year will be available online on October 22nd and accepted beginning November 1, 2023. There is no deadline to apply, but applications received by February 1, 2024 will be considered for possible acceptance in the first round of evaluations according to the acceptance priority criteria. All applications received after February 1st, regardless of priority criteria, will be considered in the order in which they are received should space be available.

 

Kindergarten assessments are scheduled mid-January. Assessments for transfer students (1st-8th Grade) are scheduled upon receipt of the complete application packet and student records.

 

Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023	Open House for prospective families, 10am-1pm. RSVP requested.
Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023	2024-2025 admissions packets for K-8th Grade available for download on the school website at 12pm.
Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023	K-8 application portal opens; begin accepting 2024-2025 applications for K-8th Grade **Note, rising K students from the St. Louis Preschool do not follow the prospective applicant timeline and will receive a Kindergarten registration packet in January.
Monday, Dec. 4, 2023	K-8 Application deadline for sibling and St. Louis parishioner priority.
Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024	K-8 application deadline for first round of consideration.
Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024	Begin notification for K-8 application decisions.
March 1, 2024	First round of admissions offered to applicants who applied during the November 1 to February 1 window completed. If the family does not hear from the registrar, admissions was not offered during the first round. The applicant is automatically placed in the wait pool.
March 13, 2024	Financial Aid applications due via FACTS (If you also have a child enrolled in a diocesan high school, your financial aid deadline is January 5, 2024.)
April 1, 2024	Second round of admissions is offered to applicants in the wait pool based on space available. If the family does not hear from the registrar, admissions was not offered during the second round. A letter will be sent by email offering the family the option to remain in the wait pool throughout the summer months.

 

October 24, 2023 - February 1, 2024: Small group tours available on most Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings when school is in session. Schedule a tour here. A visit to the school is an admissions requirement of all prospective families.

 

November 15, 2023 - February 15, 2024: Shadow days and interviews with the principal are required of all Middle School applicants and may be scheduled during this timeframe. Dates will not be scheduled until a complete Application Packet is submitted. Please contact [email protected] to schedule.
